New very large house with open floorplan, gourmet kitchen, Brazillian Cherry Floors, huge dining space (plus kitchen bar), sound system, pool table, fooz ball table, large bedrooms (most with private baths) and one of the bedroom/bathroom suites is on the first floor. Near the beach and water activities (in the 3rd block from the beach, but blocks only have 2 houses in them....walk past 3 houses and a hotel and you are on the beach!!! very close!)
