within the private gated community of Cathedral Canyon Country Club
and surrounded by the 27 hole Cathedral Canyon Golf Course. It is a
mini villa with the home surrounding its own private courtyard. All
on one level with no one above or below.
Features include two master bedrooms with baths, living room, dining
room and a completely equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. A pool
and hot tub are located right outside the living room. There is an
attached two car garage with automatic opener.

The condo is turnkey and ready to rent. Linens, towels, dishes,
dishwasher, microwave, full sized washer and dryer are included.
There is a gas barbecue and patio furniture. A gas barbecue and
patio furniture are also available. Local phone service, CD
compatible stereo, cable TV's and VCR's are provided.

The Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a challenging 27 hole golf
facility with a tennis club, restaurand and bar located 500 yards
away from the condo.
The golf and tennis facilities are availabe on a fee basis.

Rental Rates
30 days (1 month) $2500.00 Based on two person occupancy.
Call for availability for weekly or biweekly rates.
Guests will be responsible for a $500.00 damage deposit which is
fully refundable less an $100.00 cleaning fee and the cost of
repairing any damage that is not considered normal wear and tear.
Off season rental also available.
