within the private gated community of Cathedral Canyon Country Club
and surrounded by the 18 hole Cathedral Canyon Golf Course. It is a
mini villa with the home surrounding its own private courtyard. All
on one level with no one above or below.
Features include two master bedrooms with baths, living room, dining
room and a completely equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. A pool
and hot tub are located right outside the living room. There is an
attached two car garage with automatic opener.

The condo is turnkey and ready to rent. Linens, towels, dishes,
dishwasher, microwave, full sized washer and dryer are included.

facility with a tennis club, restaurant and bar located 500 yards
away from the condo.
The golf and tennis facilities are availabe on a fee basis.

High season - February 1 through April 31 - $2700.00
Low season - May 1 through January 31 - $2200.00
Monthly Rental Rates based on two person occupancy.
Guests will be responsible for a $500.00 damage deposit which is fully refundable less a $100.00 cleaning fee and the cost of repairing any damage that is not considered normal wear and tear.
