adults.  There are two bedrooms in the main house (one king, one
queen), with two additional bedrooms (two king beds) featured in the

pull-out leather sectional, fireplace, full kitchen, a large living
and dining area and an adorable front porch with double swing –
allowing for restful reading, bird watching, golfer watching and
taking in those incredible sunrise and sunset views.

For those whose hearts live in the kitchen, you will never want to
leave.  This fabulous gourmet cooking kitchen features a 48 inch
Viking gas range, griddle and double ovens.  Sub Zero refrigeration
will lessen your trips to town as you prepare for both grand and
casual entertaining.  A wonderful country kitchen fireplace and custom
built-in banquet embraces casual dining and informal entertaining with
views that overlook the golf course, the Sangre and Jemez mountain
ranges, and of course, those famous and staggering Santa Fe sunsets.

and length of stay preferences.  Include how many guests will be
included in your party, and indicate whether they are adult or
children.   


Rules of the House and Disclosure

•	No smoking or pets are allowed.
•	A credit card deposit of is required to reserve the property.  To
book your reservation, one half of the full amount is due, with the
final balance due upon arrival.  
•	Full replacement value or repairs to any damage that occurs to the
home, furnishings or exteriors will be charged against the card.
•	Access to The Club at Las Campanas allows guests of 48 Paseo Aragon
to enjoy the privileges of the amenities (golf, equestrian, spa and
tennis).  Guests pay directly for guest privileges based on usage
(i.e. greens fees, riding lessons, trail ride, food and beverage, etc.).
•	Guests agree to pay for cleaning upon exit.
•	Failure to uphold rules of the house or abide by The Club at Las
Campanas guest rules will forfeit deposit and be asked to depart the
property immediately.
•	Owner reserves the right to adjust and/or remove furniture, art and
furnishings.

Rates and Availability

48 Paseo Aragon is available for rental to qualified guests on a
daily, weekly or monthly basis.   Rates begin at $1,000 per night,
$5,000 weekly and upwards of $18,000 for monthly stay.  Repeat guests
will receive a 10% discount on 2nd and subsequent stays.
