Welcome to Delray Beach!! Take advantage of a cancellation and reduction in price for that week only! We are the 2nd unit the closest to the beach!! (4 houses to the beach!) This unit is suited for two people being an efficiency. The pullout can be used for a child but space would be limited. We have a a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, stove with oven, a full bath, extended cable TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Honey pine hardwood flooring adds to the charm of this condo. Enjoy dining privately in your back fenced in patio or enjoy the common courtyard with built in gas grills and picnic tables. Take a relaxing swim in the outdoor inground pool after spending the day at the beach. Say 'goodbye' to packing up the car and driving to a beach that may be 'full', not to mention the $20 per day parking rate!! If you are looking for a relaxing affordable vacation, not to mention 'seaside area', this is it. You can walk to a a few restaurants, also a deli/market, no need to waste gas. It's all about location. Units this close to the beach don't last so book NOW for 2013. Our other unit (located in complex next door) is a dollhouse. If you are looking for something a bit more affordable, (700.00 per week summer peak), contact me and i'll provide you with that unit's details. It's another gem similar to the unit above minus the pool plus an extra 2 minute walk to the beach. Other amenities include new appliances, common outdoor showers and new wall mounted flat screen TV.
