Water Sports, ATV rides, swim, Golf, Hike, Bicycle, or just kick off your shoes and sit a spell at this 7 Bedroom, 7 bath, furnished home with extra large deck. Lots to do for all ages. You will be back time and time again once you have experienced this ideally located, fun-filled property.
Accommodations: 7 Bedrooms plus Sofa Beds if needed. Includes Master suites with King size bed and private baths. Sleeps up to 32 people. Parking for 6 vehicles plus additional Boat, Trailer and Vehicle parking.
Beds: King size Beds (1), Queen size Beds (5), Twin size beds (12). Sofa Bed (4). Bed Linens and towels are provided.
Amenities: Big Screen TV plus (2) Flat Screen TV’s with DVD players in two bedrooms. Open Floor plan that caters to large or small gatherings. Gorgeous Rock Fireplace , Board games Washer and Dryer.
Kithchen: Full large kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Refrigerator, dishwaher, microwave, and range.
Outdoor Features: Lake access by foot or 4-wheeler right out front door, (Boat Launching accross the street at the Bear Lake Marina). Huge deck with picnic table and gas barbecue grill. Bring extra camp chairs and enjoy a big gathering on this oversize deck. Lawn area for outdoor games and Hot Tub.
