three bedroom, three bath, beach house treasure in exclusive Old  
Florida Village in Santa Rosa Beach. This community on 30-A is brand  
new and located within steps to bicycle paths that will take you  
along the adorable beach communities of Seaside, Blue Mountain  
Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf Place, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.  
 
Our beach house is in a prime location overlooking one of two  
community pools, you are minutes from the beach, shopping, and many  
great restaurants. And NEW IN 2008: "A Pineapple Under the Sea" comes  
with your own private Surrey Family Bicycle built for five (imagine a  
golf cart with steering wheels and pedals!)so you can zip around Old  
Florida Village neighborhood or take the bike to the beach to soak up  
the sun on our famous sugar white beaches and play in the surf in  
our crystal, emerald waters.  
 
This tropical beach house paradise is brimming with special touches  
throughout like granite countertops from South Africa and oil-rubbed  
bronze finishes in the kitchen. Tile floors throughout the entire  
first level and private porches off each bedroom and main living  
room add to the private oasis and ambiance. Decorated in fun beach  
colors with a distinctive Hemingway-style, this beach house includes  
all the comforts of home including first-class furnishings, a  
TV/VCR/DVD combination in every room, and even a PS2 for the kids.  
And for those of you who must "work" while on vacation, you will  
appreciate the recent addition of high-speed Internet/DSL service as  
an added benefit.  
 
The master bedroom is a private Island paradise tucked away on the  
second level. Decorated with tranquil sea foam colors and appointed  
with lush, luxury kingsize bedding and featherbed topper, you'll  
feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. A private porch with  
comfortable Adirondack chairs completes your relaxing getaway. The  
master bath includes both a stand-up shower along with a tub to melt  
away any stresses from work or home. His and hers closets along with  
palm tree inlay armoire and chest of drawers offer ample storage for  
a week or a month in paradise. 
 
Also located on the second floor, the nautical bunkroom includes two  
complete bunkbeds AND twin trundles under each so there’s plenty of  
room for up to six children or an entire family. This fun kids room  
includes a private bath in the hall decorated in a delightful  
nautical theme. This room comes with a mounted TV, VCR/DVD, and the  
PS2 can easily be hooked up for entertaining the kids when they are  
not in the pool, riding bikes, or at the beach.  
 
The pineapple-decor guest room on the first floor is a whimsical  
suite with bright colors and queen-size luxury bedding. You'll enjoy  
delightful mornings sipping coffee on your private porch overlooking  
the pool before heading out to the beach for another sun drenched  
day of emerald-colored waves that lap the shores of our sugar-white  
sand beaches.  
 
Old Florida Village is a quaint new neighborhood of 67+  
colorful "Seaside-cottage-style" homes with winding brick-lined  
streets and lush, tropical landscaping. "A Pineapple Under the Sea"  
is positioned directly across from the second community pool and  
definitely stands out from the crowd! You'll appreciate the bright  
blue teal exterior color and Caribbean coral teak Bahama shutters  
that adorn the front of this cottage. Two side entrances beckon you  
in to enjoy all the delightful special touches from luxury bedding,  
granite countertops and impressive furnishings.

Summer (May 27 - Aug. 12) $1,750/week or $275/night (Sat - Sat  
rentals preferred). 
Summer Discount (Aug.13 - Sept. 4) $1,450/week or $185/night (3  
night  
minimum). 
Spring Break (March 15 - April 15) $1,350/week  
Spring (March 1 - 15;Apr. 16 - May 26) $1,250 week or $175/night(3  
night minimum). 
Fall (Sept. 5 - Oct. 28) $950/week or $140/night (3 night minimum). 
Winter (Oct. 29 - Feb. 28) $850/week or $125/night- excluding  
holidays; 
Monthly rates negotiable. 11% local sales tax; $300 refundable  
reservation deposit; Full payment DUE within 30 days of arrival date. VISA,  
MasterCard, checks and Paypal are accepted.  
Minimum age requirement to rent property is 25 or older.
