Buzios Beach House, 4BR, Centrally located near Geriba Beach in Buzios

Beautiful, architect-designed house in Buzios, a world renowned
beach resort 2 hours from Rio. Very spacious house with nearly 3,000
square feet. Buzios has over 20 fantastic beaches
to explore, outstanding restaurants, shopping, great night life,
ocean sports -- lots to do. The house is centrally located near
Geribá Beach, the best and most popular beach in Buzios (Please see
picture of Geriba Beach above, on the right. The house is a few
blocks inland, to the left of the picture). Sleeps up to 9 people.

Big, open living and dining room areas. Three bedrooms on the ground
floor plus an open loft style mezanine/bedroom on the second floor.
Ceiling fans. 3 full bathrooms with showers. Porch
with hammocks, gardens with outdoor BBQ. Lots of parking. Close to
beaches. Beautiful, clean, private, and centrally located. Please

The house is close to local shops and 15 minute walking distance
to Geribá beach,

- Low season, April-December: US$165/night, minimum 3 nights
- High season, Mid-December through March: US$210/night, minimum 3 nights
- New Years and Carnaval: US$280/night, minimum 6 nights

Rates may fluctuate slightly due to the currency exchange rate.
We accept US Dollars, Euros or Real. Payment options include:

(1) Bank deposit in Brazil or the U.S.
(2) VISA, MASTERCARD payments through Paypal
Extensive experience hosting groups from the U.S., Europe, and other countries in South America.

We provide optional meals and cleaning service for a small extra fee
($25-35/day) paid directly to our housekeeper. She is a wonderful
cook and a nice host (our caretakers have been with us for 10 years).
We can help with van (micro-bus) transportation arrangements from Rio de Janeiro to Buzios.
