This Ocean Front Condo is located in the desirable Windy Hill Section 
of North Myrtle Beach.  Water Pointe I is a 10 story building located 
directly on the beach so the view from your balcony is amazing. This 
unit is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. There 
is an ocean front balcony off the living room and master bedroom. This 
condo has a fully equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer, sleeper 
sofa in the living room, and the bedrooms are set up as follows: 
Master Bedrom - Queen Size Bed, 2nd Bedroom - Queen Size Bed, 3rd 
Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds. 
There is a jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the unit. This condo is 
located in the center of the building on the 6th floor.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This resort offers an oceanfront glass enclosed heated pool and hot 
tub, outdoor pool overlooking the beach, kiddie pool, outside shower, 
sundecks, grill area with tables and elevators. The unit has an 
oceanfront balcony off the living room & master bedroom, fireplace, 
fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central heat/air, jacuzzi tub, 2 
cable TVs, VCR, DVD & CD Player.

Activities and Attractions

This resort building is located just minutes from Barefoot Landing, 
Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Arcade & Amusement Park, 
Miniature Golf, Shagging, Outlet Shopping, Restaurants and Clubs. 
Activities in the area include: swimming, boating, fishing, golfing. 
There are fun actitives and shows to enjoy for all ages.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates include all SC Taxes, Linen, Departure Cleaning and Local 
Phone Calls. There are NO additional fees. 
Sept-May 4 night minimum stay required. 
June-August 7 night minimum stay required. 
We offer the following discounts: 
Reserve  7 - 13 Nights	Receive 20% discount off daily rate 
Reserve 14 - 27 nights	Receive 25% discount off daily rate
