fullbathroom penthouse condominium - located in the tropical quiet atmosphere of Oceanside
California's North Coast Village Resort. Situated on the palm-lined North Strand, the resort lies
directly on the beach and Pacific Ocean. Right next door is Oceanside Harbor, with 950 pleasure boat
slips, quaint village shopping at resort-style boutiques, top-name restaurants, cafes al fresco,
congenial people, picnicking in park-like greens overlooking the Harbor and Ocean.
From each of your two patios you have breathtaking full views of the beaches and Ocean. The elevated
Ocean views are simply fantastic. The main floor patio sports a bar height teak table and chairs,
just great for relaxing with a beverage and watching the world go by. The Patio off the master
bedroom is huge, newly built and is an incredible 230 Square Feet! Not only does it have a patio
table with chairs and an umbrella, it also has a bar height table and director's chairs - on the
very same patio! The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.
