Are you looking for that large, expansive beachfront home to accommodate a party of 10 under one roof?  Look no further.  6110 Court Street provides 5 bedrooms with 5 full bathrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. 

Each bedroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom.  There are 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 twin beds split between the 5 bedrooms, with TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you’ll need to prepare all your meals while staying here.  The great room is large and expansive with walls of windows looking out towards the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach.  Enjoy the dry bar, two dining areas, and large screen TV in the living room.  Walking out through the French Doors of the living room you’ll find a long beachfront patio for private sunning, and a shuffleboard court for some fun. 

6110 Court Street has its own beachfront Tiki Hut for sitting out and relaxing under or dining under the stars.  This section of beach is one of the most beautiful sections of Fort Myers Beach.  7 miles of white sugar sand beach are right outside your back door. 

There’s a BBQ grill, washer and dryer for your use also, along with off street/driveway parking.

Enjoy great fishing right from your own backyard in the Gulf of Mexico.  Kayak the waters of Estero Bay, bike the island to explore its beauty or relax with a good book on the white sugar sand beach. 

This fabulous home is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and groceries.  Catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs for fifty cents a ride.  Please note that smoking is not allowed inside nor do we allow any pets to accompany you on your visit.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Peak season- $2000-$3200 weekly,  $7000-$10,500 monthly

Please add a departure cleaning fee of $185, 11% FL Sales tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $100 nonrefundable damage waiver fee to the above rates. All utilities are included.
