vacation rental description
Welcome to3552 Estero Boulevard, a beautiful mid-island beachfront getaway. This is a smoke and pet free 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home that can accommodate 8.
Climbing one flight of steps is all worth it when you open the front door. Drop your suitcase and take in the spectacular view of theGulf of Mexico. The kids may choose to test out the comfy twin beds and watch their favorite show in the first bedroom. They have their own private full bathroom too. A convenient ½ bath is located in the entrance hallway.
The middle bedroom has a queen bed and loads of storage for all your belongings, so stay awhile! There is an adjoining full bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining full bathroom. The commode has its own private alcove. Soak in the spa tub then rinse off in the multi-spray tiled shower. A make-up area awaits the lady of the house.
You’ll have lots of elbow room in the extra large eat-in kitchen located right off the entrance. It has everything you’ll need and more. You and your guests can take meals out the sliding glass doors onto the wrap around deck where you can enjoy the tropical breezes and Gulf views.
The kitchen leads to the huge combined dining room and the living area. A sound system, a comfy leather sectional and a large flat screen TV and DVD await those few moments of diversion. If you feel the need, there is wireless internet and local calling available. Otherwise you’ll want to scoot out the sliders onto the large back deck. While sunning, you’ll be mesmerized by the sounds of waves and the smell of sea air. Watch the little sandpipers scurry in search of food, keep an eye out for a dolphin show and watch the parasilers floating by-you may want to try it. Catching a fish from your own “backyard” and a walk along the 7 miles of white sandy beach could also be a part of your daily schedule.
Enjoy a family barbeque and wait for our one of a kind sunsets. Then what better way to end the evening than to relax in the bubbling hot tub right there on the deck. Watch the stars, listen to the waves and hope your vacation never ends.
Your travel companions will have to vie for the lower level apartment. A spiral staircase from the kitchen leads to a large utility room with a washer/dryer. Open the door to an adorable space with a queen bed, TV, mini-fridge, microwave and sink area. Shower in your full bath after a swim in the Gulf. There is a private lanai to enjoy meals and of course, the view.
You’ll want to go ½ mile south to shop at Publix and stock that large kitchen. Reserve a table for dinner at the five star Bayfront Bistro just behind the supermarket.
Trolleys, at 50 cents per person, travel south to Lover’sKeyState Parkwhere you can swim, shell and bird watch. Stop at Santini Mall along the way and visit unique shops and restaurants. Travel a few miles north toTimes Squarefor more shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
