Being steps from a private beach is just one plus that this home has to offer. No need to drive to enjoy the day at the beach. Just plop yourselves there in the morning and relax all day without having to think about anything else. Walk to have breakfast on the water, have lunch on the jetties, and watch the beautiful Montauk sunsets from the beach or from the deck! The choice is yours!
A short drive will take you to town, to the lighthouse, to the horse ranches, golfing, town pool, more restaurants, hikes, antiquing, just to name a few. You can do it all or do nothing at all. Isn't it great to be able to decide that?

In peak summer season we do 1 week minimum rentals. We also do 2 weeks, 3 weeks, monthly and seasonal rentals as well. Off season, long weekends are considered.
