Almost Home beach house is located in the private cul-de-sac community of Gulfside Cottages lined with palm trees and white picket fences, leading to the white sands and emerald waters. Beach access is just a 3 minute walk with no roads to cross. The neighborhood pool is conveniently located just 200 feet away. Directly across the street, you’ll find the grocery store and Silver Sands Outlet mall. 

This house was built in 2003, and has been lovingly maintained with fresh updates such as paint and new hardwood floors. The 1700 sq. ft are organized with a large open living, eating and kitchen downstairs with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is the largest of the floor designs in the community, open to the dining and living areas. It is equipped with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cooking equipment required for the cook in the family.

Relax on any of the three outdoor balconies furnished with chairs or prepare your favorite cut of meat on the gas grill. The upstairs balcony has a limited Gulf view.

There is covered parking available and a driveway large enough to park two vehicles.

If Golf is your pleasure, there are ten championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive. In addition to these attractions, there are outdoor music venues, biking and walking trails, and many other restaurants and activities the whole family can enjoy!
