December 15- April 30:$850.00 per week, Based on 2 week rental  
10% Tax 
5% discount for 8-12 weeks, 10% discount for more than 12 weeks 
Long Term  Rental: 
Minimum of 3 months available from May 1 to Dec 30 $1,500.00 per month 
One year Contract: $1,400.00 per month
