Vacation Rental Description

of the PGA Resort and Spa, a private gated community. This newly 
decorated and furnished two bedroom two bath is a former model home 
with updated appliances. With a large living area, eat-in kitchen 
and separate dining area this spacious home is the perfect retreat. 
The fully screened lanai provides privacy overlooking a nicely 
landscaped backyard with built-in grill. The master bedroom has a 
new king size bed and adjoining bath with lots of closet space. The 
guest bedroom has two twin beds perfect for overnight guests.

This stunning villa boasts high ceilings, large walk-in closets, a 
washer/dryer, and is wired for internet.

steps away from the community pool and General golf course.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A full golf and tennis membership is available providing access to 
all the PGA Resort has to offer. Home to the Honda Classic golf 
tournament, the resort includes 5 golf courses. There is a 33,000 
sq. ft. Health and Racquet Club with 19 tennis courts and a 40,000 
sq. ft. award winning European Spa. You will have full access to the 
hotel, which features a newly renovated lagoon style pool, tiki bar 
and seven restaurants. There are numerous bike paths, a croquet 
court and a 26 acre lake. 

Activities and Attractions

Palm Beach Gardens is an upscale community located 20 minutes north 
of Palm Beach Int'l Airport. There is an abundance of wonderful 
restaurants nearby including Cafe Chardonnay, The River House, Rosa 
Mexicana, Seasons 52 and Vic and Angelo's Coal Oven, to name a few. 
Enjoy upscale shopping at the Gardens of Palm Beaches with stores 
including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Ave. In 
addition, Downtown at the Gardens, PGA Commons and Legacy Place all 
offer shopping and restaurants to suit everyone's tastes.

Some of Florida's finest beaches are just 20 minutes away where you 
can swim, sail or charter a fishing boat. Baseball fans can check 
out spring training from February through March at Roger Dean 
stadium-home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. 
Nearby Palm Beach offers the Flagler Museum, the Kravits Center, 
City 
Place and shopping along Worth Ave. This is a great central location 
with Miami one hour south and Orlando two hours north.
