Located just outside of the charming village of Osterville, this house is on a quiet circle in a wooded cul de sac. The Cape style house is located less than a mile from Dows Beach and the village. The beach parking card will allow you to park at the beach parking lot which is very convenient, and in fact, is the only way you can park there in season.

The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs consisting of a double bed, and twins in the secnd bedroom. There is also abath/shower on the second floor. There is a master bedrm downstairs with a Queen bed, bath/shower, and second bedroom with twin beds. There is a Living Room/Dining Room conbination with a working fireplace The eat-in kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. There are TVs in the Living Room and Large Family Room. The whole house is air conditioned. Phone service is free for caslls in US and Canada (overseas calls will be billed) Wireless internet connection is included Outside there is a circular drive in front, and a patio set, charcoal grill, and fire pit, in the back yard. Back from a sandy day at the beach, and the outside shower is a happy sight. The clothes washer and dryer are in the basement.

Osterville is a small village, one of many on the Cape. The village has galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. There is a gourmet grocery, a post office, library, park and marina. The area on and around Cape Cod is filled with things to do in the summer! You can take a ferry to Nantucket, or Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis. There are whale watching cruises from Barnstable Harbor, or Provincetown. The Cape Cod Baseball leagues play in many of the villages throughout the Cape. Sailing, fishing or boating of every kind is available. There are bikes to rent, or bring your own. Bike Trails wind throughout the National Seashore with its woods, and picturesque light houses. In Woods Hole you can visit the Oceanographic Institute, and wander the quaint streets of old Falmouth. On the mainland, we are an hour or so from Plimouth Plantation, historic Boston, New Bedford Whaling Museum, or the Naval marina in Fall River
