Living room:  40 inch flat screen television, high-definition DVD player, and collection of 100 DVDs for all ages. Library of 100s of books, with a wide selection of thrillers, novels, history and cookbooks. Loads of games and toys.
Dining area:  Large dining table with six chairs; extra chairs in screened-in porch
and bedrooms. Also, bar stool seating for four at kitchen counter.
Kitchen:  Chef’s delight with full set of kitchen utensils and cooking paraphernalia – enthusiastic cooks will not find it lacking in anything needed for daily use or entertaining, including coffee machine, mixer, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. New stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Sunroom:  Light and airy sunroom just off the kitchen with dining table, stereo, computer and ceiling fan.  New wood floor.

Five minute drive/35 minute walk to Bethany Beach boardwalk with shops (books, beach toys, swim wear, clothes, souvenirs, etc.), restaurants, golf, and mini golf.  Free entertainment provided by the town on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at the Boardwalk Bandstand (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).

Drive south on Route 1 and you'll find kayaking, more golf and mini golf, jet ski rental, fishing, sailing, windsurfing. Twenty minute drive to Ocean City, MD, with all its amenities - beach, Boardwalk, amusement rides, bars and clubs, video arcades, and cinemas.  Twenty minute drive north will bring you to Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping (Tanger Outlets).

January 1 - May 30:  $2,700 weekly
June 1 - June 21:  $2,500 weekly
June 22 - June 28: $3,500 for the week
June 29 - July 5:  $4,000 for the week
July 6 - July 19:  $4,000 weekly
July 20 - August 16: $4,100 weekly
August 17 - August 23:  $3,750 for the week
August 24 - August 30:  $3,500 for the week
August 31 - January 3, 2014:  $2,700 weekly

Property manager's fees are 6% to finalize reservation and $55.00 renter's insurance.  Optional linen service can be arranged for $259 per week (linen for up to 15 people).
