Completely redone, clean and updated house located on Pass-a-grille Beach. The home sits above un-used garage and has hardwood floors, modern furnishings with craftsman style charm. It is only a few small steps to beautiful pass-a-grille beach and is located in semi-private beach area away from tourist part of beach.
Palm trees abound with outside shower area, beach cruiser bikes and tons of peace in a restful setting complete with white powder sand, soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!
Very clean house with Hardwood floors, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bathroom is made with pebble and is a true beauty. Private porch equipped with a BBQ. Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners gourmet deli is even part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.

There are five similar houses to accommodate your stay on different properties in PAG. Three sit above a garage on the second floor and two are ground floor houses. Most have private porches and all have 2 personal bikes each, BBQ and patios and private entrances.  The furnishings are all similar  and brande new and the layouts are also similar. Brand new and very comfortable sleeper Queen (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch and new Queen size bed in bedrooms.

Just a few blocks to the historic downtown section of Pass-a-Grille. In the other direction and only a few blocks away is the world renouned Don Cesar Hotel. The bay is
just across the street and the beach is only three parking spaces away!

Shelling Pass-a-Grille, St Pete Beach,  Ft De Soto Park, stand up paddle, Dali Museum,

windsurfing, cycling, biking, shelling, running, walking, dining.. & literally one of the best places to liveif only for a week!

You do not need a car! The Tourist Trolley stops a block away,
providing transport to all of St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island,
Madeira Beach, Redington Shores, Sand Key and Clearwater Beach.

The famous Don Cesar Hotel is just a 15 minute walk north on the
beach; tours to all major Florida amusements (Disney, Busch Gardens,
Epcot, Sea World, Tampa Aquarium, Adventure Island, Cypress Gardens,
and others) pick up tourists at the Don Cesar.

Historic (National Register) 8th Avenue of Pass-a-Grille: The Merry
Pier across from the Seahorse Restaurant at 8th Avenue offers deep
sea fishing, boats to Shell Island, dolphin and sunset tours, jet
ski rental, and bait and fishing tackle. 8th Avenue has some very
interesting shops

Fort DeSoto National Park, with beaches consistently rated among
the ‘Top Ten’ in the US, is immediately south of our
island...connected by several causeways. This is a fine park with
an historic fort, fishing piers, picnic grounds, and many miles of
biking, rollerblading, and hiking trails.

Major league baseball, football, soccer and hockey are all within a
10 to 30 minute drive. Downtown St. Petersburg is a 10 minute drive
and Tampa is just 30 minutes away.

The calendar manages all 5 houses so it may look spotty. I have flexibility of days so rentals may be open at any time and on differnt days of the week.  That being said, my prefernce is at least weekly.  All of the houses are on Pass a Grille and I have them labeled by the way they are located according to a compass.

Cleaning fee - $50 fee
Damages Security Deposit ($200) separate check to be refunded within a week provided no damages.
Pets ONLY IF APPROVED - Please call. $25 pet fee because of extra cleaning time necessary.
No smoking,

Also- please note I work full-time in another field, have a family and am also the owner of this property so I may need a day or so to return your call or email; I am sorry but I do thank you for looking at the beach house!  I know you will enjoy your stay!
