court, 1 mile from the beach. Large heated pool with cascading spa
to enjoy the western exposure sunsets. Built in 2003, the living
area includes a Floridian motif, 12 foot ceilings, a full kitchen,
living room, family room, dining room and a breakfast area all over
looking the pool and waterway. The home includes a grill for the
adventurous chef. There is a large a dock with 2 slips that you can
fish from or just enjoy the wildlife including occasional manatees
and dolphins. The master and 2nd master enjoy private access to the
lanai and pool area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the family
room, a queen size pull out sofa to accommodate 8 comfortably. We
have a no smoking or pets rule. Marco Island is known for its
white sandy beaches and excellent dining opportunities. There are a
dozen championship golf courses within 30 minutes of the island, all
welcome the public. Charter fishing, sailing, jet skiing or just
plain cruising is available on the island. We invite you to come and
experience a slice of paradise.

or tie up your rental boat and explore the superb inland waterways
in the Marco Island � Naples area. You can quickly step out of this
private haven with a short drive to participate in the excellent
shopping, dining, and beach the island offers.

The home is fully equipped and ready for your stay. The open design
that has 5 large sliding doors that opens on to the screened lanai
to give you the feeling of a tropical island resort. The large
master suite has cable TV; master bath features a large walk in
shower. The second bath has access from the pool area .Cable TV in
family area, internet access.

Activities and Attractions
The island is 6 miles by 4 miles and is described as a tropical
Paradise. The lifestyle is a casual relaxed pace with the average
temperature 77 degrees (25 degree Celsius). The 6 mile long white
sand beach has a nature preserve on the north end for those who love
to see Mother Nature at its finest and are looking for a shelling
adventure. The south end of the beach has plenty of room for
sunbathing, water sports including parasailing, jet boating,
fishing, kayaking, shelling and swimming.

On the island you can take the charter to Key West for the day or
rent a boat from one of the marinas for fishing or cruising the
waterways to see the dolphins, pelicans swooping to catch fish,
ospreys nesting on the buoys and other wild life.

Just off the island there are many championship golf courses open to
the public. Naples provides wonderful shopping and dining
opportunities. Goodland is a small fishing village with colorful
local dining and nightlife opportunities just a stones throw from
the south end of the beach. Marco Island is a located with
convenient access to the everglades and the swamp boat charters.
