Direct Oceanfront Condo in Surfside Beach

 This fabulous view is yours from our oceanfront balcony. Our 1st floor condo is just the place to watch dolphins swim, surf cast from the beach, walk to the pier or relax by the pool. This Surfside Beach condo has over 1000 square feet of living space and is a great 'family' vacation spot.

Our Direct Oceanfront condo is clean and comfortable, with new carpeting and tile. You cannot get any closer to the beach than we are, you can listen to the waves breaking on shore while you sleep.  It is on the first floor (above parking) so you have a wonderful view of the ocean and pool. There are lounge and chairs around the pool for your use, and beach chairs and sand toys in the unit.

 We also have an elevator, you do not have to carry everything up and down the stairs.

The condo is located just south of Myrtle Beach, however we do not have the crowds and congestion that they have because Surfside does not have Hi-rise buildings.  It is  situated between Surfside Pier and Garden City Pier.  

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath and it's own door to the oceanfront balcony.  The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with another bath outside the door.  There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Linens are not furnished but they can be rented for $60

We rent from Sat to Sat check in is 3:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.
Rates include cleaning and all taxes.  

Linens are not included. Bring your own or you can rent them from us.

Winter monthly rentals starting at $900 a month.    

There is a $150 security deposit which will be returned after the unit is cleaned and inspected.
