This house is located on 11th Street Huntington Beach. The house consists of 3 bedrooms rooms and 3 baths. The rooms are fully furnished with high-end contemporary furniture to give you an extravagant and luxurious stay. The master suite has a queen sized bed with a master bath as well as a balcony that welcomes in the beach breeze anytime of day. The additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen sized bed and a full size bed. The completely remodeled shared bathroom magazine ready and has all the high end amenities of a luxurious home. The down stairs through the glass staircase, is the living room which is spacious and cool with a modern glass filled fireplace. The highlight of the home is a modern day chef's kitchen with a 6 burner and griddle chef's stove, as well as a dual convection oven and an island ready for prepping all your dinner parties! Only a true master chef can appreciate this beautiful kitchen. Overall the house is tres chic and tres modern.. with the finest in design. 

Occupancies more than 6 persons will be charged and extra $25/per person per night for a maximum total of 10 persons.

Nightly Rates Range from: $250 - $750 depending on season, holidays and events.

Please note: 
There is a $1500 refundable security damage deposit and a $250 non-refundable and non-negotiable cleaning & linen fee. 

Thanksgiving week requires a four night minimum stay. Fourth of July week and The US OPEN requires 7 night minimum stay. Christmas and New Years' weeks require five night minmun stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
