Jan 3 - Feb 28: $200/night; $1400/week 

March 1 - May 26: $250/night; $1700/week

May 27 - Sept 8: $300/night; $2000/week

Sept 9 - Dec 15: $200/night; $1400/week

Dec 16 - Jan 5: $250/night; $1700/week (Min 7 days Dec. 20 - Jan 2)

Holiday rates are $300/night and may require a 7 day stay please check with owner

 

Security Deposit $300 (returned within 2 weeks if there is no damage)

Management/Cleaning Fee $100

Taxes are included in rates

Deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation and act as refundable damage deposit.  No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.  Cancellations only within 60 days from the booking date are entitled to refunds.  Losing the facitities keys will result in the charge of $100.  This is a non smoking home.  Any violation will incur a $100 fine and will be deducted from your deposit.

Great for Disney, and kids!

We rented this condo in Feb for a trip to Disney with 3 grandparents, us, and our two children, 3&5. We all had plenty of room and it was nice for us to all be in one place with a common area to hang out in. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and has plenty of beds for all of us. It was a great surprise to find things like strollers in the garage, a highchair, and a pack and play as well as many toys for this kids, though we didn't use most of these things, it was nice to know that they were there to may others' stay with small children easier. We walked to Disney 2 days in a row, and it took us around 25 minutes each way, which was very doable for us. The streets are well lit on the walk to and from Disney, as we were walking back in the dark at night. We were able to park two cars in the garage which was great for us. Joan was great and always responds to emails or calls in a very timely manner. She was a great help in familiarizing us with the area and how to get to Disney the easiest from the condo. Overall a very comfortable place to stay. We would definitely return for another trip to Disney!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are a group of seven women who were on our annual "girls' trip." This was the perfect place for us to stay - clean, bright, cozy, and stocked with every amenity we might possibly need.

The walk to Disneyland was about 25-30 minutes, completely pleasant and manageable, but not ideal for coming back for a midday rest.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Great location

Great location, nice townhome complex, close to restaurants and Disneyland. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Excellent downstairs layout, kitchen was well stocked, the air conditioning was appreciated. The only complaint was lack of places to put or hang clothes in the two smaller bedrooms and lack of towel rack space in the bathrooms but there were hooks in the bedrooms but not a big deal.
