"What a great little house and Private" This is what I keep hearing from everyone. "Casa"  for short has a great view, there is nothing built in front of Casa and the pool is just steps away. There are only 3 other homes here and rarely visited so the pool most times would be yours alone.

Newly built and completed in late 2010.  - 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and professionally decorated by Melissa of Joseph's Cottage. She has decorated some of the most upscale homes around. Casa is cute and comfortable, one of my daughters favorite homes.

So if you're looking for a newer and very modern beach home with lots of privacy and good views for your beach vacation then Casablanca is an excellent value for your vacation rental home dollars. 

3 bedrooms. - 1 king master with private bath, 1 queen and the 3rd bedroom has a full/full bunk bed that shares a bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own tv with built in DVD players as well as the TV in the living area.

The kitchen is very well stocked with all that one would need. Laundry area sits right beside the kitchen for easy access.

Outdoors there is open deck space, a screened beach facing porch with good gulf views and it also has an elevated deck to further enhance the gulf views or great for sunbathing. 
Casablanca also has a hot and cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning station under the home.

Bed and bath linens are included.

Casablanca guest do have access to a large community pool that is shared with only 3 other homes in this private development, most time you will be alone at this pool.

Activities and Attractions: include  Walking on the quiet beach, shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoing, hiking, bird watching, nature loving. Water sports rentals are available right on Cape San Blas. Golf is within 10 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.

Historic Apalachicola - 30 minutes
Mexico Beach - 30 minutes
