Please be careful who you book with, as there are currently a lot of scams going on, with people renting out the units, and the units have either been foreclosed, or they don't own the unit, or they double book the units, and your reservation gets canceled without any notification.  These people advertise on Craigslist and other sites.  Usually if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.  We have owned our unit from the start. 

This condo hotel resort is consistently the #1 RATED HOTEL in all of Las Vegas. Signatures is a 100% Smoke Free Condo Hotel Facility.  This spacious 100% fully furnished 950 sq. ft. This 6th floor, corner, One Bedroom Suite has one king size bed and one queen size sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom with a large bathroom. The living area has second bathroom with shower, dining area and balcony. These suites feature a full kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and gas oven. There is a full assortment of cookware, glassware and utensils along with a blender, coffee maker and toaster. This One Bedroom Suite also has three flat-screen TVs, DVD player, iPod iHome clock radio, luxury pillow-top mattress with 300 thread count sheets, separate shower and a jacuzzi tub that easily fits two adults!  The Signature is an exclusive guard gated resort on the grounds of the MGM Grand. The two hotels are connected via an internal moving walkway.

Their full service amenities include 24-hour concierge, valet service, high speed internet wi-fi access (en-suite & public areas including the pool), two fitness centers, three pools, on site restaurant and their very own Starbucks! The Signature at MGM Grand is a non-smoking hotel. There is no smoking in the rooms or common areas.
