This historic mid century home was designed by William Krisel for the Alexander Company and is located in the heart of the lush Racquet Club Estates in Palm Springs.  A full restoration of the property was completed in March 2011, returning the home to its original splendor while incorporating modern touches including a brand new chef's kitchen with panel ready appliances and bar and new bathrooms with Ann Sacks tile, modern vanities and fixtures.  In the living room, you will find a spectacular 10’ foot long vintage sofa by designer Adrian Pearsall, two Barcelona chairs, a 42" Sony HD Television and the Geneva Sound System to play your iPod.  The master bedroom has a private bathroom, views of the pool and its own television.  Three additional private bedrooms sleep six more people for a total of eight guests.  The best room in the house may well be the backyard.  The 42’ foot lap pool was modeled on famed Case Study House #21 in Hollywood.  It has a tanning shelf, period tile and a tranquil water feature.  The new patio has a brand new grill and room to seat eight comfortably for dinner.  A raised shelf is home to four chaise lounges to soak up the California sun and a raised fire pit is nestled in the back corner of the property.  The back yard faces west towards stunning snow capped mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets at dusk.

Very close to downtown Palm Springs with first class shopping and dining.  Hiking in Indian Canyons, take a tram ride to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains, take a jeep ride out to Joshua Tree National Monument.  Shop at the Outlet Mall, visit the Casinos for some nightlife fun entertainment.  So much more...

Additional Fees

RESERVATION DEPOSIT $750 applied towards final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Utility Fee: $55/day flat rate [Includes pool & spa Heating during shoulder/peak]. Damage Waiver $69.

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $250, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

WOOF-WOOF Pet Fee:  $150/dog. We gladly accept well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs. Sorry kitty, kitty...no Cats allowed :(
