Enjoy this breezy, updated abode located right in the heart of the
action during special event weeks at Daytona Beach (otherwise a very
quiet street). Located 1/2 a block back from the ocean, across from
Sunsplash Park (Revilo Blvd), you can easily walk to Main Street or
the beach. Sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views, bask on the
beach or get a close-up view of special events - Bike Week,
Speedweek, July races, BiketoberFest and Spring Break. Easy access
to the Speedway for races and the most famous beach in the U.S. (the
beach known as the birthplace of auto racing).
Your accommodations are the entire top floor of a large Daytona Beach
home with a wrap-around deck, large living room with TV(DVD & VCR)
and stone fireplace, a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a full-
sized dining room (total dining seating for 8), all in an open floor
plan. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the large second
bedroom has two queen-sized beds. A sleep sofa in the living room
provides extra room for visiting friends or family.
Don't wait in the traffic jams during special events, you can see the
action and the ocean from your deck!
Plenty of parking next to the house or in a private large area behind
the house (accessible from a private alley).

Towels and sheets are included with your rental, simply pack your
bathing suit and you are ready to stay in Daytona. Enjoy the beach
using the beach chairs and umbrella which are provided for your
comfort. Whip up a margarita and sink into comfortable deck lounge
chairs for a relaxing afternoon. Grill up fish or steak on the
grill. A kitchen fully stocked with the basic cooking necessities
(spices, baking items, condiments, etc.) allows you to eat in without
spending a fortune. Cable TV with videos and DVD's will allow you to
relax in the evenings. Upscale Boshe front-loading large sized
laundry is available for a small fee.

Swimming, sun bathing, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, cruising
on the beach or relaxing at the beachfront restaurants will fill
your days with sun and fun.
