Vacation Rental Description

Absolutly the best deal in Flagler! 9th(top) floor corner unit with 
spectacular views!! 270 degree view from due east all the way to due 
south! Watch the waves roll up the beach, the boat traffic on the 
intercostal, activity on the golf course or the serenity of miles of 
lakes and woods. This 2 bdrm, 2 bath has views that extent to 
marineland 15 miles away! This condo has a pool, exercise room, 
tennis courts, and secure underground parking. The bedrooms have a 
king, a queen, plus the sofa and a comfortable futon. NO SMOKING 
INSIDE!. Small pets require larger cleaning fee. Our normal rental 
period is Sat-Sat. Shorter stays or odd weeks require advance 
agreement and minimum rate is weekly rate. You can always check 
the "availability calander" to see if your desired dates are 
available.

Activities and Attractions

If Golf is your game there is a public course across the street plus 
at least 4 PGA class courses within 15 minutes; fishing from the 
beach (no license required), city pier, or intercostal; bike path, 
out the front door, runs the length of Flagler County; 3 State Parks 
are within spitting distance! Orlando attractions and the Kennedy 
Space Center are approx 90 minutes away. St Augustine to the north 
and Daytona Beach to the south are just minutes away. "Marineland" 
where the "Sea Hunt" episodes were filmed, is at the northern edge 
of the county. Local farmers market, antique shops, outlet malls, 
quaint beachfront restaurants are very close by, some even within 
walking distance. Of course the best part of quiet Flagler Beach is 
the beach itself! Even in the heat of the summer this end of town is 
sparsely populated. Take your chair and cocktail (it's legal here) 
down on the beach and enjoy the beautiful setting. This is 
relaxation at its finest and funnest!!

Vacation Rental Rates

'08-'09 rates $1700/mon, $700/wk 
Rates are for 4, $50 per extra (up to 6)/wk
other fees:  10% sales tax
             $75 cleaning fee
             $250 security depo (refundable AFTER housekeeping, 
allow 2-4 wks)
$250 security depo,due in advance,will get written and email 
confirmation. The balance due can be paid on arrival but NO PERSONAL 
checks accepted for "Balance Due". We will even stock unit with 
basic groceries if you want before your arrival.
