My family just stayed at this property and we were excited about the low fee for the week. Positives were that it was centrally located, was an attractive community, and had a great pool. Negatives were that it could have had a better housekeeping situation in reference to the carpet, bug control and most furniture could have used a good cleaning on and under them. Great people assisted us with the prior arrangement of this rental, always got back to us promptly,and very polite.

We were down to St. Simons to attend a golf event our grandson was playing. The condo was great and fulfilled all our needs. I believe this would be a great place for a summer vacation. The beacvh is less than two miles away, and the complex has a very nice pool. Great golf courses, great shopping, many very good restaurants within 2 miles of this location..........and the beach.........whats not to like ???

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Not bad for the price

My review is based on that I've stayed at other condos and apartments using VRBO yearly for the past 5 years. The positives of this condo is that it is clean and centrally located. It was very easy to drive to the beach or to the town or to the other islands. One negative is that we were not aware that there would be no wi-fi or internet connection available. Not that big of deal, but it is handy when you need to do searches. Secondly, there were minor problems such as the remotes not working, even after replacing the batteries. A bedroom lamp's light bulb burned out and there were no extras. We ran out of toilet paper. A dining room chair broke when I sat on it (I'm 115 pounds). However, these minor irritations did not detract from the wonderful time we had at St. Simon's and Jekyll Island. We will definately be coming back to this area again. I also want to mention that the neighbors were very friendly.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
