Camp Julia in Sylvan Beach

We are now taking reservations for the 2013 Season. Located one block from beautiful Oneida lake, Camp Julia is a newly remodeled  2 bedroom House in a quiet neighborhood. It has an eat in kitchen, dining room, living room, front room, and  Bath with tub/shower combo. There are 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom, and one in the living room. Each has a DVD/VCR player, and cable TV is provided. There is a selection of movies available. Various board games are there for your entertainment. We also provide a Booklet with all the area Restaurant menus. The kitchen and Living room both have ceiling fans, and there are Air conditioners in the bedrooms.The living room has a propane Fireplace. The camp sleeps 6 people comfortably. Each bedroom has a Full size bed, and there is a Futon in the front room. Ample parking for 4 vehicles. The Large backyard is fully fenced in for your privacy. There is a small patio,with table and chairs, a picnic table and Gas grill.

Camp Julia is just a short walk from Oneida Lake and beach area. Oneida Lake, is the largest Lake completely within the state of New York. It is noted for its Walleye and Bass fishing. The Lake offers water enthusiasts: swimming, boating, water skiing, Jet skiing, and clean beaches with Life guards on duty. There is an Amusement Park within walking distance and is one of the oldest amusement parks in the Country. It has a number of rides, games and an Arcade.The town has many Restaurants and gift shops and there are special events held througout the summer. There is free shows ,with Bands playing every week in the Park. Verona Beach State Park is located just 2 miles away. The Turning Stone Casino is approximately 15 minutes from Camp Julia and hosts an event center with top entertainment, restaurants, casino and Pro Golf courses. Vernon Downs Harness Racing/Casino and the Utica - Rome Speedway are also just a short drive from Camp Julia. Fort Rickey Game Farm is a 15 minute drive.

In Season weekly rates of  $800.00 run from June 1st  thru September 7th

Off Season rates are $675.00 a week. Monthly Rates are based on a 4 week rental Saturday to Saturday.

A Security Deposit of $250.00 is required to Reserve a Date
along with Half the Rental rate. The Remainder of the Balance
due at least 3 weeks prior to your reserved date.

Check in is Saturday at 3 pm till the following Saturday checkout at 11am
