We are across the street from the beach and the Holiday Inn . You will see your condo as soon as you pull into Hawthorne Suites parking lot. Just 10 minutes from mainland shopping and activities, but miles and miles from stress, and just steps to the beach and seawall. Listen to the bands at the Holiday Inn most weekend nights right from your balcolny and the birds and waves in the morning..... plus we even provide some beach stuff for fun in the sun.

Shoes are optional and peaceful views are a must, enjoy our Fully furnished 700+square ft, 1 bedroom condo Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. Our home away from home is like your home away from home. standard base cleanig fee of  $25, applies to all rentals. If extra cleaning is required, the rate goes up by $20. an hour

Pet Fee $50 to order insurance, $25 for trained pets if we don't need to purchase insurance

We try to be fair and keep our price low as well as our cleaning fee. To meet standard cleaning fee you must throw out your trash, clean the frig, and place all your linens in your pillow case, as well as leave the place as you found it.

**SAND ALERT**- ALL GUESTS MUST USE THE HOSE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STEPS ON ALL PEOPLE, PETS, AND ITEMS going into the codo. This helps us help our guests have a sand free condo.
