Ocean and Bay views; 4th house from the ocean. It is steps away to a newly sanded and enlarged beach with lifeguards. It is perfect for you to walk back and forth easily for food, bathrooms etc. It is a quiet family friendly block on a wide open street. A bayfront park/playground is 2 blocks away and includes basketball, tennis, playground, crabbing dock, boat rentals and great sunsets.
Atlantic City 40 minutes, NYC 2 hours, Philadelphia 1 hour. LBI is ranked as one of the top 5 family beaches in the US.

Accommodations: 5 bedrooms ( 3 queen size ( 2 new temperpedic mattresses), 2 twins, 1 bunk with bottom as a double. Queen size pull out couch and double futon in family area). 1 Bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs outside the bedrooms and family room.
Living room with large TV and views of the ocean and bay. Deck off living area. Open kitchen with large table and seating for 10. Private rooftop deck. Downstairs is a family room with tv, pullout couch and futon and 2 separate bedrooms on the lower level with bathroom, shower and laundry outside the door.
Central Air ,High speed internet, 2 cable tv's with DVD players and large selection of movies. Full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster , microwave, coffeepot and pots and dishes.
