Condo unit is located just two miles from the St. Lucie inlet, and is very spacious and well maintained with many amenities.  The complex features lovely landscaping with many shaded and sitting areas with river views. There is also an on-site dock/marina, great for fishing the St. Lucie river. Our Condo is a bright end unit that looks out across a grassy knoll with palm trees. A Tiki Hut sits at the end of the dock and the location offers a large Olympic-sized pavered heated pool, shuffle board courts, pool table, and ping pong, and a brand new work-out room.  Onsite use of free commercial ice machine, bait freezers for fisherman, and repair shop.  It's location is a mere two miles from great ocean beaches.

Jensen Beach is known for casual family fun. Martin County is uncrowded, with old Florida style charm offering a variety of local nightlife. Great restaurants are located nereby, along with the local mall and movie theatre, golf, and tennis and lots of public parks and beaches. River Club is down the street from a skateboard park and racquetball courts.

You can snorkel, surf, dive, or just relax and watch the kids build sand castles on our undeveloped beaches. Local boat and jet ski rentals are available and the area is known for its great offshore fishing. Martin County is called the Sailfish Capital of the World! Offshore/Inshore fishing anglers can also catch Mahi-Mahi, Grouper, Tarpoon, Swordfish, Pompano, Sea Trout, Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Snapper, Cobia, and even Bonefish! There are many local Charter boats available for rent, or you can just fish off our dock! Lots of local ( Free ) boat ramps are nearby as well. You will find great nature parks, throughout Martin county and the area is known as the Treasure Coast from the fleet of Spanish Galleons lost in a hurricane off the area shores.  Plenty of treasure may still be lurking for the diver or snorkler to discover. Many local museums and nature centers, from Vero Beach ( 20 miles North) to Jupiter (17 miles South ), include the Oceanographic Institute in Stuart, and the Manatee Center in Ft. Pierce. Martin county is very proud of its tradition of slow growth and environmental conservation. 

The Treasure Coast is located between busy Palm Beach county to the south, and Melbourne FL. to the North, and two hours from Orlando area attractions.
