The large open kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and the cook in your group will enjoy being apart of the conversation while preparing meals. The kitchen boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, large pantry and island bar which has 3 chairs your group. The 1st floor also has a queen bedroom with private bath and TV. Another bathroom with shower will be found off the laundry room which leads to the 2-car garage with full size pool table. The 2nd floor living area is a great place for the kids to play foosball while the adults lounge on the large side deck and enjoy the ocean view. A futon is available in this room as well as another bathroom with a tub and shower. The 2nd floor also has a queen bedroom with a TV and VCR, and an additional bedroom room with 3 twin beds. The entire 3rd floor is devoted to the Master Suite where a king bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV ensure relaxation along with a gas fireplace. The Master Suite has its own balcony with an ocean view and a large bathroom with oversized soaking tub and a walk-in shower as well as double sinks, and stone tile floors and counter-tops.
