Yearly Rates:
Winter Season: $1400 Month / $800 Weekly / (Nov-April)
Spring/Summer: $1000 Month/$700 Weekly / (May-July)
Summer Special: $900 Month /$650 Weekly /  (Aug-Oct)

Cleaning Fee is $100.00 and is take form your deposit. Our guests do have the option to do their own cleaning to receive a full refund of their deposit. Guests would need to follow the cleaning guide in the condo in order to receive the refund.

Security deposit to secure your dates: $300 or $100 depending length stay.
