of washer/dryers, two kitchens,and an eat-up bar that will hold a
bunch of people. Your multi family group will be very comfortable here,
and will enjoy their stay.

THE MAIN HOUSE has a spacious living room, dining room, well equiped
kitchen, washer/dryer

BR #1 [king] with adjoining private master bath/jacuzzi.

BR #2 [king and a double bunk[sleeps 2]. Adjoining bath.

There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE is across the pool.

BR #3 [king] french doors open onto the pool courtyard,  a large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower connects with BR #4

THE APARTMENT, upstairs and overlooking the pool,  has a private
entrance. There's another large and comfortable living room with TV
DVD, a dining table for six, a fully equiped kitchen and washer/dryer.

BR #6[king] with adjoining bathroom/jacuzzi, sitting balcony overlooks the pool.

BR #7 [two twins], and another full bath.

There's also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

It all wraps around your own private pool with jets [heated upon
request]in a private fenced, courtyard setting, the perfect place for
those afternoon barbecues on the natural gas grill. Other extras
include outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach,
and lots of coveted additional paved off-street parking.
