First floor, beach block condo. Air conditioned, internet access, screened-in porch, living room with flat screen Tv and DVD, fully equipped kitchen, w/d, bathroom with shower stall, double sleeper sofa and futon(double bed), and queen sized bed. Very clean and comfortable. Outdoor showers,toilet charcoal grills, and grassy area. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 4 Beach tags provided (in season. 1 mile from lighthouse and state park. Clean, guarded swimming beach only three houses away. 2 miles from Cape May City. A very safe and quiet community. Not far from "concrete ship" and Diamond Beach on Delaware Bay. Non-smoking. No pets. Renters provide bed linens and towels.
The condo building (picture 6) is the former dining hall of the Sea Grove Association, the southern counterpart of Ocean Grove. The building was extensively renovated into condos in 1989.

Rates vary seasonally, available year-round. In-season rates (per week) run from $375 in the winter to a high of $850 in July and August. Sunday to Sunday rental in-season, will consider less in the off-season.
