Our Kauai vacation rental home is located in Haena, a sparsely
populated rural area with spectacular scenery and uncrowded beaches.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Nearby Hanalei has a
population of approximately 1,200 people.

This home backs up to hundreds of acres of privately owned
conservation land, creating a beautiful private Panorama of the
Haena Mountains to Bali Hai and a very peaceful and serene
environment.
You can sit on our 90 foot lanai deck with your favorite beverage
and enjoy the unobstructed tropical view, or keep in touch with your contacts via our free WI-FI. Bananas, coconuts, plumeria and orchids on the property. Most likely, the only other inhabitants you will see are wild birds and occasionally there are passing horses and cows behind our fence, making use of the 1000's of acres of consevation land directly behind our home. This home is set far back from Kuhio Highway which ends in two
miles.
The largest reef in the main Hawaiian Islands is for great
snorkeling and top surfing "Tunnels" is only a short walk away.
Tropical pools for swimming and many waterfalls nearby. Easy level
access to sandy, almost deserted beach. Many of the world's top
rated beaches are right here in Haena and the North Shore! This area
has been chosen by producers and TV for their most exotic south seas
pictures. Great for a family!
If you prefer the private freedom to explore and enjoy unstructured
activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying the
scenery, you will love this unique Hawaiian home. Not a tract house
or condo.
The house is decorated in tropical decor with many original fine art
tropical themed oil paintings. Porcelain tile floors with oriental
rugs. All appliance modern with smooth top stove and self-cleaning
oven. Two full baths and a private outdoor hot/cold shower.

3 minute easy walk to a semiprivate fine white coral sand beach
suitable for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling.
A vast variety of additional beaches and tropical pools suitable for
swimming are nearby.
Boating up the Na Pali Coast, helicopter rides, horseback riding,
one of the world's top golf courses and tennis are available just a
few miles away.
The home is furnished with original South Pacific decor, has
natural cedar walls and original art work by a talented artist who
painted here, and can comfortably sleep 12 persons.

riding. boat excursions, helicopter viewing, fishing, wind surfing,
or just sunbathing on the deck with a cool drink enjoying our spectacular view.

$1250 per week for 2 people.  Additional people $18 per night per person.  The home can accomodate well and comfortably 2 people or 12 on its two levels.

Hawaii tax of 13.25% plus a $250 cleanout fee are added to the agreed rate.

A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed.

The deposit, upon completion of your stay, and return of  the keys, will be refunded to you, less any charges.

 Additional cleaning for longer stays or large groups will may be arranged.
