Our Kauai vacation rental home is located in Haena, a sparsely
populated rural area with spectacular scenery and uncrowded beaches.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Nearby Hanalei has a
population of approximately 1,200 people.

Our rental home backs up to hundreds of acres of privately owned
conservation land, creating a beautiful private Panorama of the
Haena Mountains to Bali Hai and a very peaceful and serene
environment.
You can sit on our 90 foot lanai deck with your favorite beverage
and enjoy the unobstructed tropical view. Bananas, coconuts,
plumeria and orchids on the property. Most likely, the only other
inhabitants you will see are wild birds and occasionally there are
horses and cows in a large pasture next door.
This home is set far back from Kuhio Highway which ends in two
miles.
The largest reef in the main Hawaiian Islands is for great
snorkeling and top surfing "Tunnels" is only a short walk away.
Tropical pools for swimming and many waterfalls nearby. Easy level
access to sandy, almost deserted beach. Many of the world's top
rated beaches are right here in Haena and the North Shore! This area
has been chosen by producers and TV for their most exotic south seas
pictures. Great for a family!
If you prefer the private freedom to explore and enjoy unstructured
activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying the
scenery, you will love this unique Hawaiian home. Not a tract house
or condo.

painted here, and can comfortably sleep 12 persons.
The rear of the home and outdoor shower and deck are isolated from
outside view, so complete sunbathing is possible if desired.

indoor bathrooms and an outdoor hot and cold water shower.

Weekly Rates- $1,600. per week up to 4 adults.  (our past two year rate was $1950)

Save with Monthly Rates- $5,550 per month up to 4 adults.  15% surcharge for each additional adult (age 12 and over) after the first 4 included in the regular rate.

There is no extra charge for children under age 12 in a family.

All rates plus 12.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax.

A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed.

The deposit, upon completion of your stay, and return of  the keys, will be refunded to you, less any charges.

A non-refundable clean-out fee of $240 for the first 4 guests and an additional $60 per guests # 5 - 12 is also required and is lower than  the Kauai standard clean-out rate.  Additional cleaning for longer  stays will be arranged.
