When you stay here you can park the car and either walk to Restaurants, Art Galleries and Shops  or hop on the free Old Town trolley just behind the condo. Conveniently located on the south end of Old Town Scottsdale. Our condo is brand new with all new furniture, linens, dishes etc. We loaded it with everything you want to make it comfortable for your stay. You can make a gourmet meal in the huge kitchen that we stock with dishes, pot pans, spices and the works. The kitchen also features top quality stainless steel appliances (Bosch), slab granite and tile floors. We have three bedrooms, each has their own bathroom and a large flat screen TV. The master has a king bed,  double vanity and walk in dual shower. The second master has a king bed and the third has a set of twin beds. The swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away. You can enjoy the views and sunset from either the covered deck or front patio. If you would like, you can park your car in our 2 car garage. 

Only 5 units in the complex, makes it quiet.  There are two identical neighboring units available for larger parties! Each has all new furnishings, linens, etc... 3 bedrooms each with 3 1/2.  All offer views of Camelback Mountain.

Inflatable Queen double high air mattress can sleep an extra 1 or 2 if desired. Crib and high-chair available upon request.

Holidays 7 night minimum $2000 for the week

High Season- December 20th through April 15th has a 7 day minimum

$399 per night Fri - Sat  and $299 per night Sun - Thur  or  $2000 for the week

Mid Season- April 16th - May 31st  and Oct 1st - Dec20th has a 3 day minimum

$299 per night Fri - Sat and  $239 per night Sun - Thur  or $1600 for the week

Value Season- June 1st - September 30th has a 2 day minimum

$239 per night Fri-Sat and $169 per night Sun- Thru or  $1200 for the week
