Bonnaire in Mountain Village

This secluded mountain retreat sits at the top of the ski resort with leafy, mountain views and complete privacy. This home feels like a romantic hideaway somewhere in the European Alps! Spread over three levels, Bonnaire consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a flex room, which can serve as an office, or an extra bedroom with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. 

A spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen area occupies most of the main floor. The home boasts a full gourmet kitchen and dining table seating for eight people. The great room features huge vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, and impressive cathedral windows overlooking the ski run and mountains; there is also a billiard table. There is ample room for the family to spread out after a long days skiing or hiking. Guests can enjoy the huge deck with a hot tub, grill and outdoor seating. Views from the deck look towards the Teddy´s Way ski run and beyond to the San Sophia Mountain Range. Ski in-ski out access to this property is approximately 50 yards away (about 1 minute´s walk). 

To the left of the great room are two guest bedrooms, one with a split king bed and the other with a queen bed. The queen guest room has direct access to the main deck and hot tub. The den with the sleeper sofa is on the opposite side of the great room. All guest rooms have an en suite bathroom. 

The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor of the house with a very large bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and a gas fireplace with two comfortable armchairs and an ottoman, where guests can relax in peace and quiet. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and a steam shower. Guests can relax in the jetted tub and enjoy the gorgeous leafy views into the woods. There is a small room off of the master that has a stair master and weights. The lower level of the home has another bedroom with two sets of bunks (a total of four twin beds). 

There is full ski-in/ski-out mudroom in the garage including boot warmers. There is also a laundry room off of the garage, with a large washer and dryer for guest´s convenience. The home has WiFi and multiple TV's with full channel subscription, a stereo and DVD´s. 

This is a fantastic house with lots of architectural detail and a peaceful outlook... a true mountain cabin retreat! Bonnaire is perfect for one large family, or two families who would like to enjoy their vacation together.

One night room, tax and the booking fee are immediately non-refundable. 50% plus the booking fee due at time of booking; balance due 45 days prior to arrival.  Within 45 days of arrival, all funds are non-refundable.
