bath home that will surely satisfy all
your "getaway" needs.

You are just 1 block from the pristine,
sugar-white beach and teal waters of the Gulf
of Mexico. Grilling out in the backyard by your
own, private patio pool is still another
pleasure the Sunny Beach House offers. Plus for
the "social butterflies" in your group you can
enjoy the large community pool, only 6 homes
away. So come and play at the Sunny Beach House
and have some real fun "in and out O' D sea"!

NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Bedding is as follows:
king in master, queen in guest, twin and bunk
bed(full on bottom, twin on top) in other guest.

All Rates reflect six people or less; $100 per

In order to make a reservation, we require a
deposit of 1/2 of the
rental rate within 5 days of request. There is
also a $400.00
refundable damage deposit, (refunded if house
is left in order as
found). Balance is due in full within 30 days
of arrival.

Deposit can be personal check, money order, or
travelers check.
Balance can be paid with personal check up to
30 days before check
in.
