Extra large living room has triple sliders that open onto screened lanai overlooking water and grounds.  Lanai patio dining set is covnenient for outdoor dining, with fan above to keep you cool on hot sultry days.  The view is panoramic over the gazebo, pool, boat docks and manatee viewing area!  Check out the mama and baby manatees! 

Oversized Master bedroom has King size memory foam mattress, private bath, and views over the grounds and manatee dock.  Flat screen TV for night time viewing. 

The kitchen is fully equipped, and has separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
For additional sleeping, we have quality sleeper sofa. The half bath is located just off the living room for night time privacy.

Relax in the heated pool &  bubbling hot spa on landscaped patio . Or, escape to the shade of the gazebo to enjoy a good book.
Watch the boats as they move through the harbor. Relax on the sun-drenched manatee viewing deck ~~ this is a place for total rejunenation!

We provide private access to the gulf beach across the street; perfect for daily walks, shelling, more fishing, or just relaxing on the white sand beaches.

Patio features resort amenities;  outdoor hotspa, and the largest pool on the island. Outdoor showers and pool-side restrooms for convenience.
For outdoor dining, there are 5 gas barbecue grills, with tables set in lush surroundings.
Boardwalks surround the canals of this property; a haven for manatee and wild tropical bird-life. For those who like fishing, no license is needed to fish from our docks. This excellent location is close to restaurants, shops, a drugstore, banks and the all within a 10 minute walk.
An old-fashion 25 cent trolley stops right in front, and travels up and down the entire island.

Nearby attractions are plentiful: great restaurants, some featuring live music nightly. Outlet malls and a huge fleamarket are favorite places to visit.

Lover’s Key Island is minutes away for biking, hiking, swimming, and fishing.

Drive to the nearby islands of Sanibel and Captiva for more sightseeing.
