Manatee Bay in Marathon

The Manatee Bay has the best of all worlds. It has a large custom fiberglass pool situated next to a 2oft+ deep and beautiful swim able and fishable lagoon. We also have a Nordic Hot Tub and a new pool table. For 2010 we put 1.5 more baths between the back bedrooms. The Lagoon is filled with all sorts of different wildlife, including an occasional manatee, turtles, and all sorts of fish. There is Quick access to the open Gulf at the end of the lagoon, with a large dock out into the deep water with room for 3 boats. The back deck of the manatee that overlooks the lagoon is gigantic, plenty of space for socializing and taking in the view, or getting a suntan. It also shades part of the pool so that you can enjoy some of the pool even after you have has enough sun. The manatee even has a heating system for the pool, and laser lighting to light up the pool for a neat display at night. One side of the deck is totally screened so that nothing can interrupt your good time. Free use of kayaks at your dock.

We also offer bare handed Boston Whalers delivered to your dock with the cheapest rates in Marathon.  They range from a 22 ft-25 ft starting at 700/wk plus tax- 1100/wk plus tax in season. 

April And May Specials, available weeks 1700/WK plus tax and cleaning.  We only rent weekly, usually from Sat-Sat during season.  Off season, rates go down and we are willing to rent off weeks.
