Parking is available at numerous garages and open lots near our building, or in the garage under our building. Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates can also be negotiated upon your arrival. The garage under our building is most expensive although it has direct elevator access to your apartment. The building is fully wheelchair accessible with a ground floor entrance and high speed elevators to all floors.

The first 50% of your payment is due upon booking. The remaining 50% be automatically be charged to your credit card 60 days before arrival. For any bookings within a 90 day arrival period, 100% payment is due upon confirmation.
All reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. The entire amount will be collected even upon cancellation. Cancelled reservations cannot be reinstated. We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance.
