If location is everything then the “River Bank Retreat” is where you want to be and the place you won’t want to leave.
The home sits on the Guadalupe River and has shared river access but we also can offer a private area just up the road. This area is like your own little park complete with Cabana and grill and it is on the most beautiful majestic part of the Guadalupe River.
Priced just right and perfect for two couples or a small family situation, the "River Bank Retreat" is right on the banks of the Guadalupe River on River Road between the 2nd and 3rd crossing.
The set up of the house maximizes privacy because the kitchen and living area divide the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished in reproduction antigue oak and includes a king size bed. You will also have the convenience of a full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals and provide a casual dining area for four.
Open the back door to find a breathtaking view of the River and the hills just on the other side. There is a fenced off patio area that will be just for you with a very nice iron table and chair set, you will also find a BBQ grill and lounge chair and plenty of room to hang out and take it all in.
