Vacation Rental Description

neighborhood on a deep water canal, just minutes to the open gulf.  
Great dock for lounging and fishing. You may see dolphins frolicking  
and the manatees showing themselves off by the dock.  Bring your  
boat, or rent one nearby. 
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that includes all the conveniences  
of home.  Florida/glass room oversees water.  Relax at night in the  
pillow top beds or bubble away in the Jacuzzi.

Freshly tiled and painted.  Full library of CD/VCR's.  Reclining  
couches. Washer, dryer, large screen tv, 2 bedroom tv’s with  
remotes, VCR, DVD players, Verizon FIOS TV, internet and free long distance,  refrigerator with ice  
maker, dish washer, garbage disposal, flat top stove, microwave,  
blender, deep fryer, toaster, slow cooker, all kitchen amenities, central air and heat,  
ceiling paddle fans throughout.  
Living room, full dining room that sits six, Florida/Glass room  
overseeing the water, deep freezer with ice and bait, Audio System  
with island music CD’s to add to the local flavor.

Activities and Attractions

Hudson, just north of the World Famous Sponge Docks in Tarpon  
Springs (20 minutes), home of the largest Greek Community in the US.  
Get on a local sponge boat and see old world divers dive for their  
sponges. Visit local Greek Restaurants and enjoy all of the shops  
with some of the rarest sponges in the world. Share in the local  
Greek flavor and enjoy the world's best greek salads at Pappa's.  
 
Hudson, Just 40 minutes from Tampa, 90 from Orlando Disney World and  
Universal Studios and close to some of the most beautiful beaches in  
the world, including Hawaii. Just 40 minutes from Tampa Busch  
Gardens. Just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 40  
minutes to the Port of Tampa for a cruise. 
 
Over 36 miles of beaches from Anclote Key to Caladesi Island,  
Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg Beach, Indian Rocks, Coquina  
Beaches, Treasure Island, Honeymoon Island and Ft. Desoto Beach.  
Three of these beaches are among the top ten beaches in the world.  
From isolated undeveloped tropical islands accessible only by boat  
to world renown tourist packed beaches with their nightclubs and  
souvenir shops. Over 20 barrier islands throughout the Gulf Coast  
and some of the best fishing grounds in the US.  
 
You have a boat? A local public ramp and a short distance away is  
your own dock. There is Skeleton Key with Power Boats, Pontoon  
Boats, Canoes, Kayaks, Jet Skis and Sail Boat rentals. Charter a  
fishing trip into one of the country’s best fishing grounds and  
bring home your fresh catch. Local bait shop for the avid fisherman.  
Several miles of crystal clear flats of shallow water for great
