Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $300.00 

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time you make the reservation. Acceptable payment methods: Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check and all major CC and must be paid through PayPal.

Cancellation/Change Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations and changes and will not incur a penalty. Cancellations and changes, that result in a shortened stay, made less than sixty (60) days from arrival date, will forfeit the full payment minus Cleaning/Damage Deposit.  Early departure does not warrant any refund.
