Our Condo is located in Myrtle Beach Resort.  From our balcony you can see for miles up the coast line. In the morning you can sit on the balcony with your coffee and watch the sun come up over the ocean, what a beautiful site to see as the day begins!

Our condo is located in the "A" building of our complex and is condo #423.  Being on the 4th floor and overlooking a campground you can see for miles up the coastline.  Our condo is also located two rooms from the laundry room and the elevator.

Our condo sleeps up to 6 people. The masterbedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Next to the twin room is the second bathroom.  Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable.  The couch in the livingroom also pulls out to a queen size sleeper.

In the livingroom we have a 32" TV with cable and a DVD\VHS player to watch movies. We have even supplied some of the movies for you and your family to warch.

The dining room can sit up to 6 people and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook a large dinner or just a simple one.  Our kitchen includes all of your small appliances to your large appliances.  We have stocked our kitchen with crab or lobster pot, micro wave, baking dishes, crock pot and several other items.

Just a short walk to the front of our building you have the largest ocean front pool.  Behind our building you have the family area with a lazy river, kiddie pool with water buckets and rain forest,outside hot tub and a picnic area.

Our complex also offers an ocean front cabana with nightly entertainment.

August 17th thru August 30th - $1,075 per week - No hidden cost

August 31st thru November 1st - $750 per week - No hidden cost

November 2nd thru January 3rd  - $500 per week - No hidden cost

 The price listed above includes, linens, cleaning fee and South Carolina Taxes.  There is no hidden charges.  Our motto is turn key and enjoy your vacation.

A $200.00 deposit is required to hold week - balance due  will be in 2 installments.  Half of the balance 60 days prior to arrival and the balance within 30 days of your arrival.

Rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday rental.  Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM.

Persons occupying the condo must be at least 23 years of age.
