Location: On a quiet, main street in the middle of a nice neighborhood. Easy access to one of the main routes, Grass Valley Road. 5 minutes from downtown, near UCLA conference center.

2-Level Cabin: Bright and cozy, 1800 sq ft. (floor plan provided). 

3 Bedrooms: (max sleep = 8) Main level bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), one lower level bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), other lower level bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms include ceiling fan and fully furnished with comfortable pillow top bedding and linen.

2 Baths: Baths with shower and hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper and blow dryer provided.

Living Room: With cozy fireplace, comfortable and upscale couches, and a big screen TV.

Parking: 3-4 vehicles, concrete pavement. In winter, roads are plowed and easy access to driveway. Parking on street is allowed except for snow plowing days.

Cable/Internet: 2 TVs (Cable included), Wireless High Speed Internet all throughout the home (bring your laptop!), telephone for free local calls.

There are two nearby lakes to enjoy! You can walk to Grass Valley Lake on Golf Course Rd, adjacent to the golf course, and relax at a scenic park, which has a playground and a picnic area. Perfect for a family outing!

Additionally, the house is conveniently located only a short 2 minute drive to the access ramps #37,#39 leading to the edge of the lake and a 7 minute drive to Tavern Bay, where everyone can enjoy swimming and water sports.

Blue Jay is also 5 minutes away, where you will find many amenities (groceries, movie theater, restaurants, and shopping).

Lake Arrowhead Village and the well-known Ice Castle International Training Center (among the Olympic Medalists trained here, include World Champion Michelle Kwan) are another 4 minutes away from Blue Jay.
