vacation rental description
This spacious, no smoking, designer furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a qeen sofa sleeper can be your "home-away-from-home" while you relax and enjoy the island of Kauai. The unit has been recently renovated with many extras to make your stay comfy and cozy. Unit A is a one bedroom one bath unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and will sleep four (4). Unit B is a studio unit with a queen bed and seperate bath that will sleep two (2). The units can be locked off and rented seperatly as a one bedroom and studio unit or together as a two bedroom unit.
The master or one bedroom unit, queen bed, desk, TV, and entrance from the lanai. The living room features a 42" tv and plenty of comfy seating. The large lanai has a table that will seat 4 for outside dining just off the living room and full kitchen and bathroom with a sink area seperate from the shower area. There is wireless internet through out the unit for those who wish to stay in contact the the world. CableTV and DVD players are in the bedroom and living room. Also in the living area is a ihome unit for your iphone, ipod or MP3 player.
The second bedroom or studio unit has a queen bed, dining table, TV/cable and wireless internet, large walk in tile shower and private lanai. It comes with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We have your choice of pillows and high quality comfortable bedding and linens throughout both units.
The rental fee as a two bedroom two bath unit is $125/night plus a $150 cleaning fee. As a one bedroom one bath unitthe rental fee is 95/night plus a $125 cleaning fee and the studio unit is $65/night plus a $100 cleaning fee. All charges are subject to Hawaiian taxes of 13.41%
The Sandpiper community is a quiet beautiful community with mature landscaping and a beautiful pool area that includes a hot tub and BBQ area. It is located across the street from a beautiful golf course and running/walking traill. Sandpiper Village is located centrally within the Princeville area and is within 5-10 minutes (drive time) of several beaches as well as the Princeville shopping center that offers gas, grocies, resturants, shopping and banking. A second golf cource is also within 5 minutes of the community (total of two golf courses within 5 minutes).

vacation rental rates
This unit is a non-smoling unit that can be rented as a studio unit that sleeps two adults for $65/night or one bedroom one bath that sleeps 4 adults for $95/night or a two bedroom two bath that sleeps up to 6 adults for $125/night. Please call even if calendar indicates the unit is booked, as it may be only one side is reserved.
$150.00 deposit is due at time of booking in order to reserve your date and will be applied towards your total rental amount due. Payment in full is due 21 days prior to arrival, including cleaning fees and taxes. No refund will be issued with less than 14 days notice. 11% Hawaiian Taxes added to all rates.
Cleaning fees: $150 if both units are rented, $125.00 for one BR unit with Kitchen and $100.00 for studio unit.
